Valencia

The Valencia homes are located off of 50th Avenue and Van Buren Street in Coachella, California.  The project consists of 108 single family residential homes with a few parks for homeowner recreation.  There are four models with twelve deviations for buyers to choose from.  The project is currently under construction, and about half of the project has been sold.
