StonyBrook is located on 9 acres in a 200’ wide channel off of East Palm Canyon Drive in Cathedral City, California. This will be a mixed use project to consist of condos, hotel, retail, office and recreational uses. The theme of this development will be “old world village”; similar to Orbieto, Italy. The building materials planned will consist of stone, tile, slate and a limited use of wood and stucco. The project will be five stories high at its highest density. Each residential unit will be approximately 2400 square feet. This project is an urban solution; it allows for living, shopping, and working all within a short and convenient walking distance.

Britanny West will be the architect and developer for the StonyBrook project. The development is currently in its design and planning stage. The developer is currently working with the neighboring projects, and the city and county agencies to create the best use development for this site. Further developments will be posted as they occur.
